The Three Pigeons Press was established in 2018 as a non-profit making organisation to provide for the preparation and publication of histories of Sherborne houses.
The Press also publishes titles of local and specialist interest that are not likely to find a mainstream publisher elsewhere.
A particular effort has been made when possible to use local artists to provide illustrations for the Press’s publications.
Sherborne’s own local artist, Laurence Belbin, has made a significant contribution, particularly in enabling the Press to publish his own book of paintings; but thanks are also due to Sue Detain and Steve Wonham — the latter an honorary Dorset resident.
